Crash

I have ATI mobility Radeon 9000/9001 IGP. Directx 9c
Running on laptop
XP Home, service pack 1
Pentium 4
384 RAM

I already checked for latest driver, running 32-bit colours and 1024x768

Problem: Crashes to blue scary screen after the setup screens.

Dont know how to open the debug.err file!!!
Any help appreciated

right click on debug file and select open with and browse and select notepad
