BUG/EXPLOIT Money for Money

I can trade 97gold for 100. I can do this over, and over, and over.... in the same turn. This can't be by design. Granted I have great diplomatic abilities. But this shouldn't be allowed.

It shouldn't be allowed. But if you try to take advantage of that. I would say it's not worth it, its only 3. you would have to do it a lot to have any real impact.

This reminds me of a quirk with the computer AI in the initial release of Civ3. They could be so tight-fisted that you could offer them 2 gold for 1 gold and they'd turn it down. I bet the same thing could happen here if the diplomacy situation were reversed.

I believe that Rome Total War had this exact same issue on release (or it's expansion; Im a little fuzzy and I shouldnt be considering im webmaster of www.totalrome.com)
