Loop when installing Suite Universe Metal 2004

I just bought this suite. When I tried to install it (after download) via THEME MANAGER it just went to sleep. I had to kill it via TaskManager after 2 houres. I tried twice!!
I am using an XP-Home Laptop fast enough for this.
What am I doing wrong?
