Ok, first off I can't spell LOL That said I can't figure out deplomacy. Like the alliance tech doesn't let me make alliances, how to you form alliances!? That's all I want to know, I always get teamed up on, I don't like it not one bit.

You need close relations on the diplomacy to form alliances.

I have formed alliances before. I THINK you have to give them Alliances tech and everything underneath it, then suggest an alliance
