Pre-Order Confusion

Hello

I'm wondering if the pre-orders have shipped to Canada yet? I'm certain I paid for a pre-order, I was able to download the beta and play it, but I've had no email about it shipping and nothing in my mailbox.

SDC shows that I've purchased the game (and I'm downloading it now) but I was certain I'd selected a boxed copy to arrive, also. Is there a way to check that?

I've got nothing yet. They've said that they are still packaging and shipping them due to the big demand, so I wouldn't get too concerned (yet).
