What did we get extra compared to the regular game?

I pre-ordered and downloaded the GALCIV2 game, and enjoy all features a lot. (Though I havent figured out how to use rally points exactly)

However is it somewhere listed what the exact differences are between the pre-ordered version in terms of game-elements and the regular release? (What specific ship parts, perhaps races etc?)

It listed in many places including stickies up top. Collectors Edition gets you a GalCiv 2 desktop theme and about 15 extra ship items (jewelry only, nothing that effects the ships stats). And of course a printed manual and tech tree.

so collectors edition and the regular pre-order are the same in terms of extra stuff? I thought it was different.
