Starbase modules

How do I tell what I can use?

I've researched some techs that give me a lot of starbase modules .... but when I build a constructor and go out there, I only have a couple listed, generally a mining boost and an offense boost. Why is that?

And how do I tell what starbase modules I really have, and what starbases they're available for?

I think I figured it out. It's gradual, isn't it? First I can build tier 1 of modules for the appropriate base, then tier 2 once tier 1 is built, and so on.

All the modules avalible for that starbase will be listed as they become avalible. As you have observed many of them have Pre-reqs that is why they dont show up at first. But Stuff that can not be built on that type of starbase will never be listed.

I think GC2 needs a nice modules summary screen, so that I can see what modules I have available BEFORE building a constructor and sending it out to a starbase.

I'd also like to see what modules actually do when I'm browsing the tech tree. at the moment they're just pretty names.
