"No UIS, are you sure this is a WindowBlinds file?

I get that message sometimes when installing a skin into WindowBlinds (5.0). The skins say for WindowBlinds 5 so don't know why some generate this message when being installed.

re-download again the skin ,sometimes during the loading of the wba the connection is cut and the file is incomplete !!!
.uis file is the reference like .ini file !!!
