Strange valleys shown in graph.

As per my screenshot, you can see that the manufacturing graph (not sure about the others) show points of zero production (7 of these points in total) for every race. I don’t remember any "random events" that would have caused this. Bug?

It is strange that they all show the same spikes.. (err dips) at the same time... did you ever save & reload the game, that might correspond with those dips?
