Stupid Question

Sorry if this has been asked before. I also didn't see any threads or stickies on it. How does one rotate pieces during the starship design plans? The only way I've been able to is by using the attatchment modules. Very tedious and I'm hoping there's an easier way and I'm just a tardo for not figuring it out. Any help or insight is much appreciated!

You can rotate pieces? I though you could just rotate the view of the ship itself.

You can rotate pieces by rotating the hard points (the red arrows) only. And only in a very limited fashion. At least as far as I know.

I assumed he was asking about the main "piece", the ship basis. Oops
