Problem getting skins

Sorry guys if this is a commonly asked problem but I'm a newbie at this stuff and I've tried consistently to download skins, and it says stuff like .zip, (for example: Destruction.zip) and when I save it and open it up on Winows Blinds, it says "there appears to be no .uis file" or something similar to that. Can someone please help?
