Starbase bonuses??

The starbase bonuses dont apear in the planet details screen......and are not aplied on the planet itself.(i have a influence starbase nearby)

I don't know if an influence starbase qould have any effect on a planet. I had the distinct impression that the industrial bonuses worked fine, and I'm certain military assistance modules work as well.
Influence on the other hand works differently (AFAIK). The planet generates an amount of influence which determines your "borders" on the map, and if you have influence starbases then the your influence int the sector should increase, which means that your borders can move a bit farther, if your influence in the edge parsecs in now bigger than your enemy's.

Hmm I find myself having a lot of trouble to explain influence with words...

Don't confuse influence with morale. If you build an influence starbase the most immediate result should be an increase in your local influence borders. You will want to build an influence starbase if an alien influence exceeds yours where one of your planets is. If you don't, your planet could defect to the side of the alien. A more subtle result is your voting power in the galactic UN council (whateve it's called). More influence = more voting power.

Morale can be influenced by a starbase mining a morale resource. I think its the one that looks like a yellow waffle shaped like a can of beer. (That would make me happy too). Unless they added it since GalCiv I, there aren't any starbase upgrades (other than mining a morale resource) that increase morale.

thx....but it wood be nice to see it in the planet detail view....for ex: i have +25 influence from starbase...and see that in the planet detail above planet bonuses...

You can not affect a bonus to your planet influence with a starbase. That is why it doesnt tell you. Influence starbases affect the sector influence no the planet. You could build 9 influence bases right by a planet and not raise the planets influence by 1 point. The planets influence is affected by its imporvements and nothing more.
