Custom Playists??

Hey there,
I know this is minor with everything going on, but did I miss the custom playlist feature? It not where the manual said it is, and the readme had no mention of it being taken out. I have the download version, and have the nice musical score, but would like to use my own music, too.

i just dropped some mp3 files into the music folder (C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\music) and the options didn't change, so thats one thing eliminated.
