Couple of issues

I downloaded the game last night and it's GREAT! I only got to play for a few hours and I didn't have any significant problems but I have a couple questions.

1) The first time I started the game an Error box appeared stating that my video card (ATI 9600) drivers weren't up to date and I didn't have DirectX 9, however I know that I do. For whatever reason though after clicking ok the game ran normally??? Just wondering if this happened to anyone else.

2) When you start the game one of the options is to "Update Serial", I imagine this is for entering the serial # that was provided with my order confirmation. But I never did it. The game still runs. The knowledge base suggest the game will "expire" if you don't enter the serial #, is this going to happen to me?

1.) I beleive the code is checking to see if your drivers have been updated since last year, just to make sure people remember that this may effect gameplay. You should be fine if it's running OK.

2.) I dont beleive the game will expire, but if you play a metaverse game you'll probably want to make sure the serial number is correct.
