Jerky Audio?

Just downloaded and installed the game.
Trying to watch tutorials, but the audio and visual is very jerky.
I.e. a few words, then stop, then another few words.
It is consistent for all tutorials.
My display adaptor is a SAPPHIRE RADEON 9200SE Atlantis.
I didn't have any problems when I downloaded the preload and playing the tutorials over the BINK video thing.
Any suggestions?
