Bug? The scrolling rate is slow even at maximum

Even if I put the scrolling rate at maximum, it is still slower than I want. Is it a bug?

Not a bug, but is should be bit faster at max in my mind too. Or to be accurate, its fast alright when your zoomed but when zoomed in strategy map mode, its too slow .

I'll also say that it seems slow, even at max. It's easy to work around of course between the mini-map and left-click-and-grab, but it would be nice to be fast enough to be an option.
