WindowFX steals my wallpaper

Has any one else lost their wallpaper by loading WindowFX?

I updated FX yesterday Thurs 2\16 and now when it loads my wallpaper goes away and I am left with colored background only. When I unload back comes the wallpaper.

It sounds like you have turned on the scroll desktop option which says it will make the desktop a solid colour. The setting is under Desktop Icons and in WFX3 it is on the advanced page.
