Unable to download logonstudio logon screens the downloads show up in the program but not in the are

I reinstalled logon studio but can no longer download logon screens to rhe program. the go to the program but do not show up in the previw to use. the only screens accessible are the 3 welcome screens. any help is appreciated(

-clean uninstalled ???
look in the folder logonstudio\theme or skin if you have your logon !!!
(all folder with image)
-when you reintalle, you reinstalled in the identical folder ?

Open Logon Studio and click on the *Load* Button , browse to where your downloading your Logon files and click on the ones you would like to use..
