StarDock can you tell us when the Pre-Orders ordered through you will ship?????

if i understand this correctly, you will be getting a serial number in email that will provide a version of the game that you can use until the cd arrives. it will expire after that. Im not exactly sure but maybe someone can confirm this.

Thanks but all I am asking is when will StarDock start shipping the "Boxed" verson of the game to people that Pre-Ordered the "Boxed" version of the game from them.... It should be shipping today or tomorrow to even arive by next wednesday or Thursday... if stores will have it on the 21st, I would hope we would have it close to that date..

I am going out of town and hoping I get it before I go else will have to have a friend watch for it...

Usually, the release date is the date that the game ships. So if the release date is the 20th or 21st, then the game ships that day. Stores usually have it in stock and preorders usually arrive the next day. I don't know if that is the same with Stardock or not, that is just what I have seen with other games that I have preordered from other companies in the past.

We will start shipping out product after we get it here. Which I don't expect before Monday at best. Everyone who's pre-ordered up through yesterday or ordered since then (electronic or CD) should have a serial number from us now to enable downloading. People with the CD version pre-ordered have temp serial numbers that'll work for at least 30 days from your order, to give the CD time to get there. After that, you'll need to use the CD that came with the box for updates or Metaverse access.
