Small issue with 'TorsionBar" WB skin

I'm running the latest version of WB 5 beta. Using "TorsionBar" WB skin by Dangeruss and updated by MikeB Link. I noticed that the boilerplate background image used throughout the skin isn't being completely displayed on the Toolbar in either Explorer or IE 6.

1) Can someone check to see if they are also seeing this problem?
2) Can someone recommend what I could try to remedy this in SKS?

The download link seems to be broken right now but the top section won't be skinned as that is a menu bar nd WB doesn't skin that currently. The Bar with the Home, refresh, back, forward, buttons is a toolbar and thats why it gets skinned. What you are seeing ( I assume since I can't test the skin) is normal for now. The screenshot must be older.

Just went back to check..it's a 4.6 skin but the menubar problem still exists if you are running 5.0...I think.

I just resubmitted the skin file, so hopefully the download link will work now.

The issue seems to be that only the edges of the toolbar background image are painted on the toolbars in IE and Explorer. It's not just you, this is happening here as well. In other apps with toolbars, such as SkinStudio, the toolbar background paints correctly. I have no idea what's causing this, but it seems to only happen with WB5. My laptop is still running WB4.6 and it doesn't have this issue.
