WB won't work after reboot

WB was working for a while, but now won't work after a reboot. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and everything was fine until the next boot. The WB icon is also absent from the system tray 


Is this a problem with WB or XP? My system doesn't do real well remembering desktop settings.

also going by the number of posts that are starting to show up mentioning WB just stopped working and it turns out the be the trial. It's within the 60+ day time frame from when it came out.
