Disable Move on Maximize

I'm using SkinStudio to modify a skin, to add a MaxBorderCutBottom attribute to it. After saving and loading this Window Blinds skin, it works fine, but for some reason, when I maximize the window, I can still be able to move the maximized window. Is there a way to disable the move option when a window is in maximized state?

i don't

do you mean the skin now doesn't fill in the screen to all 4 edges, in which case there is a space (I'm guessing bottom by what you said) - so possibly when it's maxed, it's not really 'maxed' therefore has room in which to be dragged around?

Ok, here's what I'm trying to do. I'm using a WindowBlinds skin, and I got an ObjectDock located at the bottom of the screen and my Windows taskbar located at the top. If you ever used ObjectDock before, you will know that when you maximize a window, the ObjectDock will cover the bottom part of the maximized window (or vice versa if not set to always on top). I added the MaxBorderCutBottom to my WindowBlinds skin so that when I maximize my window, it doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the screen, but leaves room at the bottom for the ObjectDock, similar to how a Mac is like. The problem now is that I can still drag and move around a maximized window, and I want to disable this. Can it be done?
