Always thumbnailed running processes

Is it possible to make the thumbnail view of running processes that is displayed when you minimise them always appear, even when they are maximised and in the foreground?

I'm assuming you're talking about ObjectDock. There is currently no setting for screenshot/thumbnail view, of non-minimized running tasks.
