Purchasing the Collecters Eddition

wondering if stores are selling boxed versions of the collectors additon, or if in canada the bonus set will be availible in stores, or if i can just buy a box off a shelf that has all the extra goodies?

Brad has said that WalMart at the least plans to stock only the CE on shelves.

In the US, yes. WalMart buys differently for Canada, so they will probably only have the standard edition up there (but it's not been determined yet).

Does anyone know if preorders from Amazon.com will be filled with Collector's Edition boxes? Amazon's site makes no mention of this and customer service didn't know.

I've been informed that Amazon.com is not fufilling preorders with the Collector's Edition.

I've never had any luck with Amazon.com, had a game on 'Pre-order' and while Amazon kept pushing back the release date I ran to Best Buy and picked it up (for a better price I might add) then canceled the 'Pre-order'

yeah ordering games from amazon is usually a very very diappointing experience...stay away.

I ended up preordering from EBGames, so I'll get my Collector's Edition for sure.
