Theme Manager problem
it's not downloading the files

I am trying to download some suites to apply with theme manager. all the .xptheme suites work fine since they are pre-packaged, the .suite files which make theme manager try and download the skin files, it just says Status: downloading (whatever its trying to download) and then after about a second, it skips to the next file and keeps going. I can see it unchecking the boxes in the advanced view window as its trying to download them. Then when it tries to apply it, obviously there isn't anything downloaded to apply, it closes itself. I am using the newest free version of theme manager and i have all the skinning software installed and I have Windows XP, is there a bug that is not letting me do this? This happens on about 3 computers so it doesn't look like a hardware problem. It did work on one computer but I don't have access to it so far. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance. Also, there is no firewall installed.
