Jumpy scroll bars
Skins have jumpy scroll bars.

After applying a skin, some scroll bars are jumpy.
In Firefox, the bar will jump up and down (Only about half a line) and will stop shortly after clicking a link, it will start doing it again sometimes though.
This is with windowsblinds 5.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
