I use Desktop Sidebar, and notice nearly no sluggishness.. I got : AMD XP 2600 / 512mb I like the program and already offer a few DS skins at my own skinning website...( I should be (one of the) the first who does that DS isn't populair yet.. but I think they'll get there... Cheers..

I removed that file tick a bit longer a few days ago.
