I have found that ThemeManager works better without MyColors installed. I would do a full uninstall on both and just reinstall ThemeManager. Still ThemeManager sadly has lost some of it's funtionality so Lantec's option is best right now.

How about themed effects? Well we all can set our effects to our liking but is it possible to script a theme of animations. For example, I think it would be neat for my window to act like an old tube TV. Opening a window would simulate turning the TV on, the screen opens a little wobbly and the picture is a little shrunk but slowly grows to full size. Close is Off where the screen shrink from top and bottom and meets in a horizontal line. <
