Turn off automatic color. Choose your color Make sure transparency is off.
Start 11 will let you use full black on the taskbar though
Yeah Kona, it's true. It doesn't go full black. Transparency off. It gets a little darker if you turn off 'Show accent color on Start and taskbar' but not full black.
