Good list citahellion. I've read most of those books, although I haven't had the chance to read Ender's Game which I have heard so many good things about. Have you read Underworld by Don Delillo? it's a great book with incredibly vivid imagery. I agree with you on Ray Bradbury, I've only read Fahrenheit 451 but it was a great book. I think you should list Chuck Palahniuk on your list he is another great contemporary writer.

Brad, I already said it in my first reply, thanks for noticing. I agree that the tech bubble bursting had a profound effect on the economy. I know we usually don't agree but this administration is never accountable for anything and they rarely take blaim for anything, which consequently adds to my furor when they claim that the economy is doing so great because of them.

Yeah I'm in Orlando and am dreading this since we are still recovering from Charley. There is no gas anywhere, and ice is even harder to find. I have heard that this is the first time in history that two category 4 storms have struck Florida within a month of each other. In the Bible, the Old Testament tells you to think eye for an eye, the New Testament would have you turn the other cheek every time you are wronged. In my beliefs one should be entitled to make a mistake and have an opportunity to correct that which has wronged. In essence I will turn the other cheek the first time I am wronged by someone but will not allow it to happen again, and if it does then I will seek repercussions. I have read somewhere that the issue of stem-cell research is also favored by a majority of the public. We all know Kerry has stated he would reverse Bush's policy on stem-cell research so that will only add to Kerry's campaign. Like Clinton stated "Democrats win when the public starts thinking".
I don't think that it's solely romantic comedies but poorly made sequels to great original movies that are slowly causing the universe to rip apart. BTW the last movie that dealt with relationships that I have seen actually suprised me, it was Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I think the best date movies are thrillers correct me if I'm wrong though...
