The issue is not with an add-on or extension; nor does it appear to be an issue with the latest update from Chrome. I did some testing yesterday that involved removing extensions and finally rolling back to a previous version of Chrome. But, none of those things resolved the issue. It is clearly an issue with certain skins in Windowblinds. I am currently using 8 Plus Blue and have no issues; but, if I use Lantana or Cadiz by Essorant, or Alloy by Ross Fairbanks, then t

Once again, the bug with the very slow save dialog window has crept back into Chrome. Everytime I go to save something, the dialog window takes up to 45 seconds for it to open, then another 10 to 20 seconds for the "save" button to be clickable. The issue appears to have happened after the latest update for Chrome came through a few days ago. The bug is just like the one that I reported a couple of months ago. Current specs: Windows 8.1 Pro (9600.winblue_r9.1

Wow... I can't believe someone would complain about an Essorant skin, especially Lantana, being supplied. It has been the skin of choice on my computer for the past 6 months. Oh, by the way, the comment that it is immaturish, or for the younger crowd... I am over 40 and love the contrasting colors and uniqueness to the style. Goes to show that you can't please everybody!

Glad to hear that an update will be coming. Just hope it won't take too long for it to be released! I could have made my breakfast while waiting for the save dialog window to render when trying to save a tax form. Goodness... what a pain!

I submitted another ticket this morning on the issue. Hopefully this can get resolved. I find that this bug makes Windowblinds to the point of being unusable on my machine when I open/save things so much. Since I do not have a lot of other software installed on my system, I do not know if this bug is present in the open/save dialog windows of other software or not. So, I'm not sure if this is isolated to Firefox/Chrome only.

I have been experiencing something similar to this in Chrome and Firefox over the past few builds of Windowblinds. This happens in the save and open dialog windows. It takes forever (1 to 5 seconds) for those windows to render, then when you choose the object to save or open, it takes another 1 to 3 seconds for the window to process. I have reported the issue but have never received a response back. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried various builds but have not

I believe it should now show the sleep option in the usual power menu in Start8 and before it did not. That's odd... I do not show sleep being an option at all in my power menu. In fact, sleep had been an option until this last update on my surface pro 3. Now, all it shows is: Switch User, Sign Out, Restart

I finally made the jump to a new computer a few weeks back (Surface Pro 3) and managed to get my programs and personal items transferred over. All is well. Except, when I installed Windowblinds, all of the themes reduce the size of the title bar, text, icons, everything down so small that it is hard to read the screen. I never have seen this issue before. I have adjusted the "Make text or other items larger or smaller" on the screen resolution page, but that only makes

Treetog... good suite overall... but, wish now that I didn't buy it. The only reason I'm not going to make a huge complaint about wanting my money back is because the cost is so reasonable. Unfortunately, I find the overall quality does not strike me as good as your other projects. The icons are not as crisp and have jagged edges when viewed against lighter colors (I've tried various sizes with the same issue), the blinds background color is too dark, and I'm finding that the text colors can

Hankers... yes, I've tried reply #25... even before it was posted. I've tried multiple options with no success. And yes, I know that it appears to be a reply from Stardock. I'm not stupid. I just was hoping that a resolution to the issue would have been discovered... especially since I know that previous e-mails, support requests, and forum posts have gone unanswered in the past regarding technical issues.

Well, time is still ticking away with no answers from Stardock or within these forums. It is disappointing that nothing has been discovered of why the wallpaper changing features do not work for some of us. Oh well... not a do or die type of thing to worry about.

Well, this will be interesting. I received acknowledgment from Stardock support yesterday evening about my technical issue with the wallpaper changing feature. Hopefully, they will find the trouble and get it fixed! But, amidst the long delays in hearing anything back, my OD subscription will have expired today, which obviously means I do not get the updated fixes they make to Windowblinds without renewing??? I hope not! Because, I would like to have the updated product as proof of why I sh

Assumed to be a registry setting problem? What type of problem? What options? None of this has been explained in any of the posts that I've made, nor in the requests from support. Finally, obviously the issue is not totally fixed because there are still problems occurring!

Hmmmm... still no response to my requests. Someone said that maybe it had to do with Friday the 13th... don't think so! Instead, it is something that continues to make me mad. I've reported the issue multiple times and in multiple ways... yet, no answers like all the other questions I've asked from support in the past. Guess its time not to renew my ObjectDesktop subscription. Has anybody had any lu

Hmmmm... can't say that there ever was a feature that allowed the wallpapers to "run with each indivisual theme." Are you talking about allowing the wallpaper that comes with a blind or to associate directly with your own personal wallpaper?
