Man, it's a good thing all those wishes don't count for a year each......
hehe, and I thought I could silently let this day go by. Thanks Donna,Eric.....
We are a happy lot.....
So that answers the question of Zubaz Should the upload be a *.ptg file or a *.ptg AND something else? You will have to export your wall in Artrage to the JPG format
Now this is starting to get somewhere . It's all about having a little bit of fun and looking at things in a different perspective......
Thanks Craig, Jon, Sandy and all that supports our little community. And yes Craig, we are gaining speed... , but what is more, we just have a great community........
that's the way to go Fairyy!!
Mm, it seems not many dare to take a challenge with a different program these days
So nice to see a lot of familiar but also new faces around...
and I do fully agree with that!!!
And we are glad you did!!
Congratulations master!!!
Pfieuw, Thought it was me NT. Having the same problems with SKS. WB not sure. Sometimes my topbar is back to default but minimizing and maximizing restores it so I'm not sure. Found out opening the uis file using the explorer works a little faster but still freezes up after a while.....no good
pinchecl: Maximized windows don't have visible left & right frames so thats why there is no per pixel on them I am unsure about your other issues. Per pixel doesn't support custom menubars, MDI images, text backgrounds etc, so if you are talking about that then thats perfectly normal for per pixel skins. Non per pixe
Mm, nice update but: - Missing the textbackground in the topbar again - Menubar background isn't supported (showing a default image) - Menu Bar item isn't supported (showing a default image) - No PP left and right frame in maximized window - MDI buttons not supported.(showing a default image)
Thanks people. Neil, not quite agree with you. One of the things with the WB5 I mentioned is the strange behaviour of the perpixel frames (not showing when maximized). That means the design is disturbed. So there is the gain: a window as it was designed. Apart from that, the whole thing still is not quite stable. Like NT already said, <TD class="mb-Body-Q
Well, after playing and testing WB5 I decided to go back to the good old WB4 again. Why? Well, got a minute? (I'm using the latest version of both WB5 and SS) First of all, no doubt WB5 has great potential. The Per pixel option gives good possibilities and the effects that can be accomplished with that are awesome. So why the rollback then? (Mind you, all things mentioned here are just "bugs" and shortcomings I have on my machine and they not nec
Tnx OrbitJuice, already had found and tried that. No luck.....
I'm running WB 4.90g[b].003 and just discovered that the Titlebar Text background is again not supported. Do I miss something or.....? Happened once before with an older version (don't remember which but definitely a wb5) after which an update corrected that so
Tnx people. Koasati, That's great but I don't see that version in my SDC?! Any suggestions? Oops, I have that version.....But the option is not in the menu. However, just found out that the good old "Ctrl-Shift-S" does the job!
To be abled to create a wb5 skin I of course installed the 4.9xx SS. I always use a previous skin as a base to start a new one. However, in this SS version I do miss the "Save as.." possibility, an easy way to create a new name with the "old" skin. Is this a temp thing or....?
In the previous version (4.60) of SS there is the posiibility to create a titlebar textbackground which is, IMO, a nice feature. In the latest version 4.90 the image still can be added but it won't show anymore. Even the WBA's created with the 4.60 don't show that image anymore. Using WB 4.90. Is that a SS or a WB "error"? Anyone has an answer to that?
just my own site......
