if you're referring the spaces dividing the dock into 3 parts (that's all I'm seeing your pic) it's spacers - if you don't want them, you have to try and grab them and drag them completely away from the dock and let go

Impulse is a download manager. Impulse doesn't need a serial, you need a serial to download not free or trials. to get a serial, you have to buy a serial for the software. uninstall all versions of WB - reboot delete all WB folders run a cleaner like CCleaner clean your registry reboot download Impulse run it and let it update itself register your WB serial in Impulse then use Impulse to download and install WB if that doesn't work, start a new post - this on

try ctrl 0 (zero) if it moves back to where it should be, you have zoom text only turned on view > zoom text only toggles it's just a guess, I just tried zoom text only then hit ctr + and when the text zoomed it moved down right above my name
