Hi Tonym3, Your situation seems to be exactly the type that we have been looking for for our "Multi-Monitor" logging data collection (even if this is not a multimonitor situation, it should still log the changes). Please review this link: https://forums.stardock.com/516971/fences-multi-monitor-logging And if you have time to contribute some logs, that would be a great help to be able to improve

Did you happen to turn on the command for that setting? Pressing CTRL three times?
If you are using Object Desktop Manager and it is telling you there is an update, that is an on going issue with ODM This is not an update waiting, it is ODM trying to install the same version over and over as it reads the version differently On a related note, Object Desktop Manager is not needed as the individual programs themselves will notify
As it happens, Fences is not included in Object Desktop. It's a separate app, sold separately, so good you located your license key.
That is not a correct statement, Fences is included in Object Desktop Paul Scroggins Associate Technical Support Analyst

They provided a defective uninstall file in the install package, and I cannot find any solution to removing it. Someone please help me. I am a grandma in Texas, with limited technology skills, and I was hoping this program would help me make my Windows 11 right click context menu more user friendly, but it did not work out and now I am finding it impossible to remov
I don’t get the “If it’s not happening to me there can’t be anything wrong” logic
No one has said that, it confirms that it is not a widespread issue, it also suggests that there is something wrong on your end I just logged into your account with a temporary support password and it worked just fine I have a video of it working, but I will not post it without yo
lol I would be approaching your web techs. I have to upload a video? OK chief. I seem to spend half my time lately being a beta tester or having to work issues out for stardock. Pity if I was a paying customer that didn't know how to create and upload a video. I keep buying software from Stardock over and over but I seem to have to work hard for it. Here's your video, on Vimo. Cheers for any help you can give.<

pjkemp and Steveroesch, From the release notes on the Insider Win11 build 22631.2115: [NEW] In some cases, the icons on your desktop may all go blank. If this happens, using the refresh option in the desktop context menu should resolve it. Also of note, we do not support Insider, dev, canary, ect. builds of Windows Paul Scroggins Associate Technical Support Analyst <

So far this is not able to be reproduced by Stardock staff on multiple different machines, which is why we have the asks of going through various different troubleshooting steps. It could be a conflict with another program that you have installed that we do not. Paul Scroggins Associate Technical Support Analyst
Can you send a screen shot of the update notification, a shot of the About tab in the Fences configuration, and a shot of the details tab of the Fences.exe properties? (Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences, right click on Fences.exe select properties and then click on the details tab) Paul Scroggins Associate Technical Suppo
