It would interesting of DA were to add a feature, at some cost, that lets a ship go into hyperspace and appear somewhere else, aka Space Rangers 2. If you make the price right, it may not lead to a lot of cheese, or limit how many ships of a given race can hyper-transit to the same parsec. Any version or expansion of such an ideas could solve both the speed problem and the giant map problem.

Ok, suggestions for improvement in the Official Meta: 1. Be able to delete an empire that you founded - currently cannot be done. 2. Be able to delete a character and the subsequent action of deleting you from the Meta (someone wanted to remove himself totally from the Meta and there is no way to delete your default charater once created). <img src="http://altmeta2.thegalacticcore.com/ranksig.php?id=85&style=1"/

On a related matter, if you create an empire and then want to destroy it, it cannot be done, at least no by you. All you can do is make it inactive.

Well, I finished the game, started as a metaverse but no option to submit it. Not sure what to do at this point other than write it off. I only got 32K points for it anyway.

I think that one should formost keep in mind that the context of the post is most important. Second in importance is that the post be understandable related to the context they are addressing. Third, one should write the best English one knows. A responder should respond in like manner, meaning that correcting English, whether spelling or grammar should be as part of a post, not the point of the post.

Yeah, if I could just get the system to recognize my registration. Stardock "sent" me a file that was supposed manually fix the problem, but they forgot to attached it to the email. I asked them to send it again this last Thursday, but it has not arrived yet. The elves must be busy with Christmas.

I find that the medals take up to 5 or 10 seconds to appear after the posts appear.
