I hope the release of these cards will lower the cost of the 6800 series...they're still in the $400-500 price range. If they come down a bit...I might finally be able to afford one...
Ok, so I narrowed down my list of about 139 themes, and the only one to cause a problem was the 'BlueCurve' icon set. Once that was removed, all was well.
Here's an update on my situation. I moved all my themes to a different folder, leaving only Onyx and Utopia. IconPackager loaded fine, I'm going to keep trying and find out which theme was causing my problems...
I'm getting the same problem as SS Goku and Excalpius. IP opens for a few seconds...then shuts down.

Since I used to be a Screenshot-only type of person...I have a respect for the work than CAN go into them. I've debated this online with friends, and their answer is always "a screenshot is still just a screenshot". I think a screenshot contest is a very cool idea...who care's who made the skins...a screenshot is about how good your desktop looks...would be cool to give all the people who take the time to show off all the artist's creations a chance in the spotlight too.... But I doubt that will actually happen...so, I'd have to go for Windowblinds...

Apple get's away with murder...it's not even a question. They rip off their own 3rd-party developers...and bundled it with their OS. Instead of using Iconpackager to do it, zip the file yourself. First take the .iptheme and the .icl, add them to a zip, then rename that zip to .ip. Then upload the .ip at the various sites...
