New Ideology System : Ideology is now measured on 7 spectrums. The choices you make in the game will determine your ideology. Where you are on each spectrum determines what traits you can select when you have a culture point. Leaders and citizens may have ideologies as well and will like ideologies that match their own and hate those their ideology is opposed to.
Is this the new system mentione
Starbases and the new circle control area: I figured out what lies in the control zone of a star base (before its construction) but for new players it can be confusing or annoying if something is not catched by the starbase. GalCiv3's presentation was crystal clear. Who does not know yet: sum of corners who are in the circle + corners the line goes through must be equal or bigger than four.
Hi :) Planets: The description is too big and hides other objects like ships, starbases, etc. You may find a smaller way to visualize the owner of the planet and whether it is a core world. From a players view of point I do not see any reason why "govern civilization, leaders, exe
Hello fellow space liberators! I got some questions regarding colonies and core worlds. Is it possible to manually assign a colony to a specific core world? How to - if possible - remove a governor of a core world aka downgrade a core world into a normal colony? Can we abandon a planet? My people are starving!! If those things are not possible yet will they be implemented by a feature release? Thank you!
This guy wants to invade his neighbor. You showed him his way! Thanks :)
