Apologies if my replies seemed rude, I've been in a mood & it just irked me when Start 10/11 got brought up since it has nothing to do with it & just adds confusion where it's not needed.
I was just making sure you knew about the symbiotic relationship between WB and Start10/11 as you wrote "I can't get the app to skin at all."
Yes, because I couldn't get WindowBlinds (the forum we're in) to skin Vivaldi (the app we're referring to). Has nothing to do with the Start 10/11 software.
...From what I know, there is not option to do that...
Things like this really disappoint me. There actually is an option to do exactly that, but it does require a little extra work. Perhaps a proper discussion on how to achieve that goal would be better instead of "it's just not possible". I understand not everyone is comfortable with modifying skins but you never know who just might be. Also, this is something that
Thank you for responding this quickly and I see that SkinStudio comes with no extra charge. However, what will Windows updates do to WindowBlinds, if anything? Also, my understanding is Stardock releases upgrades every few months or so. If I've bought the program, what happens to the existing license I have when an upgrade is released?
Windows update rarely does anything detrimental to WindowBlinds &amp
Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. For Windowblinds, when using dark theme skin, usually the theme designer change Windows system colors. Usually, something like Windows background colors from default White to some dark color. When this is done. It will change every application that use Windows system color so if Firefox use the Windows system colors for that web page it will effect those. BTW, what WB Skin you're using
Thank you for the update. If we want to exclude all UWP apps, which process/executable should we exclude?
Looks to me like it's svchost.exe. I'm not certain but I think excluding that core process might cause other problems with WindowBlinds which is why I was curious about exclusion based on command line switches. Answer found, see below.

I've been looking for a way to do this myself. Nothing I've tried so far has worked but if someone from Stardock could answer a question for me I think I can get it figured out. Can WindowBlinds exclude something triggered by another application? It seems UWP apps are controlled by a host service so blocking that alone might create other problems.
