There's an app called Loóna that I use almost nightly because it helps me relax my mind, to calm my thoughts - racing as they almost always are - and if you're so inclined, you might find worlds of mental comfort in the app. Warm wishes and lots of love. ♥ You've got this.

I think I don't know and, even if I did, none of it would matter to me.
Have had two doses of Pfizer, two months apart, with no side effects, other than a mildly sore shoulder for under a day on both shots.

Staying at home, refusal to go out but for essentials, and even then it's sparse. Otherwise safe, healthy, low-risk. Doing my part to flatten the curve.

I've been getting very little for months, now. Closer to a year. I was recently diagnosed with C-PTSD, and for me part of that is night terrors and extreme difficulty not just falling asleep, but staying there, as well. It's so hard. So hard.
