HalX by starone Very nice! Happy colors ! :)
My system is not borked....Can you elaborate please?
I didn't do enough research on it but, my system corrupted completely running WB and High Contrast. Could be just a fluke. If it's workin for you, I'd say just keep an eye on it. Sorry for the lack of info. ;)
Hi guys. I've been both fascinated and frustrated during the tenure of my WB experience. I gave up on WB for years, but now I think It's working, mostly. Here are some things I've figured out in my trial and error endeavor... * WB does not work well with modern windows themes...It works best for me when I am in high contrast mode. There is much more control over the color settings in high contrast theme mode, and it makes it
How do I set it up? BTW I already use a vertical tab stacker add on.
https://testpilot.firefox.com/
Firefox will skin nicely using a 'Test Pilot' feature called "Tab Center" which puts tabs on the left side and completely eliminates the Title Bar function. Might not be everyones cup of tea,but...
A bit off topic, but: For those interested in "Tabbed Explorer", QTTabBar, (v 1.5.0.0 Beta 2), works well with Windows Blinds 10! (There's a few 'borked' iterations of it out there; I'll post a link of the working version when I find it!)
Fences 3 how do you change the colour of the fence I can change the text colour of the title bar but not the background. Any information greatly accepted I am most likely looking right at the setting but just cant see it.
Just for info: If you turn off Clock in Settings and back on, the Clock on other taskbars works, at least for the current session.
New Firefox "Test Pilot" feature: "Tab Center" sidebar, eliminates Title Bar feature and allows Firefox to 'skin' without hassle!
"Brilliance" by LightStar. Very Nice!
Nice Desktops folks! :) "Old N Style" enhanced.
Something I found interesting: If you choose to change your 'Desktop' view to 'details' by Ctrl+Shift+6 then adjust the icon size by Ctrl+Scroll, most WB themes will create a matching header, (across all monitors), as well as the matching select and hover elements. I find it unique also as it keeps your desktop items/icons in one scrollable row to the left. The trick will survive a restart or cold boot but you'll have to eliminate/refresh the 'c
Try with Chrome Hardware Acceleration disabled.
Not a problem here. YouTube video embedded on a forum, Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112
Firefox will skin but only when maximized and there are a bunch of hoops you have to jump through to get there! You have to enable the Title Bar, then open Firefox maximized, then open the 'Library' dialog and close it. Closing Firefox then restores down, you have to maximize it again then close it again. Then you start all over! Firefox skinned with "Old N Style": <img src="http://i.imgur.com/vaRdYvl.png" alt="" width=
Only happens with certain themes. Example: "Old N Style" Could it be perhaps, the theme was designed for Windows 7 or 8 and just won't render properly in W10?
Thanks for the link, but that video suggests using TileCreator, which is one of the apps I have tried. It hasn't been updated since Sept. 2015 and seems to have some issues with newer builds of windows 10 (I tried both "Better Startmenu" and "TileCreator" so I am not sure which one messed up my computer, but there seemed to be some bugs in both apps). I would trust a program made by Stardock more than a random dev who may or may not updat
Start10 is great, I cannot live without it. But... Windows Administrative Tools widens the right side of the start menu and worked great for months, then after some software maintenance it got truncated to "Windows Administr" I reinstalled Start10 which worked for a while but then after installing WindowsBlinds it was truncated it again. <img src="http://i1369.photobucket.com/albums/ag204/telesynth/cutoff_zpsp6e8jylx.jpg" alt
