Hey Paul, Yes hitting the tab button within the "Quick Message" will automatically tab you to the submit button and will not do a physical tab in the editor unless you bring up the extended version. This is due to the Freeware editor we are using. We are using the latest version and for now you will have to bring up the expanded version. But we will keep looking for updates on this. yea if i missed school the teacher wouldn't call, the principal would call my mom at work and say," Do you know your son isn't at school today?" and if i wasn't sick she would kick my butt!! at least the teacher had the common curtousy not to get you in trouble, but yea it sucks being woken up!

yea i would spend less time on the cardio machines and more time on the weights, if you can get a good balance of 40 minutes weights, 10-15 minutes cardio, that would help you tone up, or bulk up depending on how you weight train, plus the weights portion burns fat very well so don't underestimate weight training.

What helps me in planning to eat 1 serving, but ending up eating 3 is try to eat slower, read something while eating, or take a big swig of water inbetween each few bites. If i am hungry at night, i literally chug two glasses of water then be done with it. You have to learn how to trick your body at first in order to help with cravings until you are used to handling all cravings that will come your way.

I know exactly what you mean about the eating at night while watching a late night show!!! I somewhat have a handle on it that maybe helpful to you. I think that how hungry and how much you crave late night is related to NOT the amount you eat during the day, but how frequent and what types of foods you intake during that period of eating. Within the last year or so, Laptops have made their way into the "Gaming" Field, on it's about dang time!
