I personally feel that the requirment of extra terrestrials being much more socially advanced then us is quite questionable. If the last two hundred years have shown us anything, technological achievment does not equate to equal achievments in social progress. Agreed.

Damn, that kind of sucks because my girlfriend just bought that laptop from CompUSA with a 2 year warranty. That would suck if something happened to the laptop and they didn't honor the warranty.

I'm thinking of picking up HP Pavilion dv9207us Notebook this weekend at CompUSA because it will only run $800 after rebates. I think I'm going to go to NewEgg.com and bump the RAM to 2GBs for like $95. Please do me a favor. Don't in the future say a beta release will be available by a certain time. It builds up expectations. When it doesn't come, like this 2 week delay, it really causes a big let down.
