Ok, I figured as such. It's kind of weird to see astroid mining still as an option. But then that wasn't added until DA.

Are there any issue with the playing the Dreadlords campaign with the fix 1.70. I notice some graphic clipping and the tech tree seems very limited. For example only laser and armor tech are available. Missiles and massdrivers are no where to be found. Was this intended?

I have a problem. The moral is dropping for no reason on certain planets in my empire. I've tried adding moral boosting buildings and influence starbases to no avail. What causes a planets moral to just drop? Any ideas on how to turn this around?

That makes sense about the transports. So your relations need to be close for that option to appear. Any suggestions on how to get to that level?

How do you form alliances? The option doesn't seem to be available. I know I have the tech for it. By the way this game rocks. I was holding off buying this game until I played Space Empires V first. That game ended up tanking. I hope in a year it will be much better. But this game just rules. Also how do you get multiple troop transports to invade at the same time?

I've been playing a game that just had a very interesting twist happen. I'm playing on a Large map. I'm in the center right side of the galaxy. Basically the map setup has the Arcean in the upper right corner, Dregin in the lower right, Torin in the lower center, the Yor in the lower left corner, and the Altarian taking up a 1/3 of the galaxy from the center to the upper left. Capital ships should be able to attack planets. I think these ships should be given the ability to either assist during invasions or to be able to bombard the planet from orbit. Maybe give them a seperate attack modifier against planets.
