? You can check whether or not vorarstra has PMs by seeing if it damages hull when it still has shields. It does, so it has phase missiles.

Vasari sb is not hard to counter... As for general balance, I think it is probably the best since rebellion launched... And what old "classic" sins gameplay? You mean spamming lrm until your fingers go numb? If SP players want these features, they can just go back to the old games or mod the things they dislike out... Also, it doesnt matter if it takes next to no effort for starclad to implement; hell it wouldnt even matter if this change took 3 seconds to implement. Starclad

Why would anybody who is in MP play with these settings? Implementing number 1 would gut a key part of TL, 2 would basically make rebellion a more refined version of diplomacy, and three would make vasari players disappear completely from the game. Hate to say it, but this list is just bad .
