I have no idea how to use windows 8, and I don't know if I have to activate it, but this is what I got. :) hp envy windows 8 9200 build i7-4700 CPU @ 2.40GHz 64bit four cores. I think. 8 GB RAM 1TB hard drive IDK the graphics card and the DirectX has to be good enough. It also has a fingerprint reader! DARCA ;)

One potential bug I can see is, if you run out of new planets to colonize before you finish the tree then you might not be able to finish it. Maybe, we will have to wait to see.

Technology, Combat, and Espionage. older components still having a use is a great idea I think. If you've played Armored Core V then you know how that's a good strategic idea. Just because something gives higher damage doesn't mean it's better. The new part could actually be worse in one category were your enemy is strong, leaving your fleets as a new anomaly. (and thanks for reminding me about the list. I was beginning to forget.) DARCA ;)
I have edited this post/rant so its understandable. But it's still a rant! Lol. The only sane part is about the modules and game play.

Why is the common solution to every problem here in the forums involve penalties to the game and player, to fix issues? A designer knows that perfection has been achieved, not when there is nothing left to add. But when there is nothing left to take away.
