For the most part, WC has those things. The rating system does a fair job on keeping tabs on the most popular skins/designs. The search by category is also a big help when searching for skins. Top Authors and Top Downloads tells you pretty much what’s popular. There can never be "too much' of things here since every artist's imagination and ideas varies with each design, the thing is that only the most appealing designs will be displayed. Listen to Leo. If you download a wallpaper and set it as your background and then change or delete the image, when you re-start your PC it will display a blank (in your case, a black sceen) since the image is no longer on the 'path' To avoid this, create a folder and name it 'Wallpapers' put all the images there and you will save your self a lot of headaches. No matter what graphic program, whether it is a 3D or 2D the point is that a great majority of the people that uses them never go beyond the 'preset' shapes, textures and colors. Aside from 'evil doers' at any 'evil website' the fact remains that the boot skins were made using an already existing wallpaper from apparently another author, and there is no permission text attached to either skin.

I've been using Rainlendar for a while and I have yet to see a way to change the transparency. If I want transparency I usually make the background image transparent. But if there is a way to alter the transparency I hope someone tell us.

Travis I don’t think this is an issue of society's enjoyment of someone's misfortune. This is just one of those things that unfortunately happen while broadcasting a TV show. There are a lot of designs that I don’t personally like and that I wont download or use but the author did a good job on it Koasati, that comment was aimed at wallapapers designs which you dont have to download in order to see their function. This is exactly what hurts the rating system or rather how it makes rating unfair. I read a lot of "If I like it I rate it high, if I don’t like it I rate it low" This way of rating is what has damage the entire system. Ratings should be given by judgment on the work and not by personal taste. The fact that a design is not appealing to a particular person doesn’t mean it's not appealing to others. Ratings should be awarded based on the characteristic of the design and its functions.
