Wow... I haven't seen a post this crazy in ages. Obama's control of Stardock? You make me chuckle.

The most awesome thing for me about the BlaX eSATA dock is how I can just toss in a new drive if I need more storage. This is how I'm storing pretty much all of the assets sent to me by publishers for Impulse publishing. I'm nearing capacity on my current 1.5TB drive, so when I hit the end, I'll just order a new one. I'm probably going to get a dock for home too.
Issues of player behavior are handled between Stardock and that individual. Generally we do not comment on what (if any) actions are taken to parties not directly involved.
It's released :)
[quote who="NTJedi" reply="5" id="2369946"] Any reason why we can't attach files on these forums?? You can also embed images in a post that are hosted elsewhere.
At no point did we ever say we wouldn't sell products on Impulse if they used a given DRM solution. Please do not confuse our own development and publishing principles with what we do as a digital store. They're two very different things. The Gamers Bill of Rights (what you're likely referring to) or our numerous statements regarding the efficacy of DRM solutions have only ever been in reference to the products we develop or publish ourselves. It is our personal stan
I was a sophomore in college and living in a house with some friends off-campus at the time. I was doing my morning email & website check when one of my friends IM'd me telling me to turn on the television (any channel, didn't matter). I stumbled downstairs, turned on the TV and flopped down on the futon. As soon as I saw what was happening, I picked up the phone and called my parents to let them know. Shortly after my mom picked up, the first tower fell. I
For clarification... Impulse provides account-level protection by restricting access to the download & updates to users who have a valid registration on their account. GOO provides activation protection on the game executable. This is the same activation system used by all of Stardock's titles. This is an extra bit of protection to ensure that the copy installed and run is valid too. If you get the game via Impulse, this activation is seamless to yo
No OpenGL here :P
The funniest thing is I think I'm going to have to use the MiFi signal at PAX so my AT&T iPhone can actually get an Internet signal. Oh irony.
Please email [email protected], they'll be able to help you out with your download/install issues.
Sorry guys, the beta for Elemental won't be out until some time after PAX. Just wanted to let you all know before you get your hopes up too much.
So, who's going to stop by the booth and say hi?
If it says Visa, and you have enough on the card for the purchase, you should be able to use it.
It would have to be one of those debit cards that acts also as a credit card. My bank for example issues Visa Debit cards. Works wherever they take Visa, and takes the money straight from my checking acct.

Also, are you working with the RTM version of Vista, or one of the RC (or earlier) builds? That could very well impact your ability to run the game.

Its up! Refresh Impulse and you should see it on your My Games tab.
Good Morning, We received an updated build of Hearts of Iron 3 last night that needs to go through our QA process before we can release it. This will result in a bit of a delay (but not dramatic). The game will be in your hands today (well, today in the Eastern time zone.) If there are any significant delays to the release, I will post them here. -Mike
I bet they're reading this blog too... Maybe some of the users on this site are really them....
