However, it remains to be seen how that works out.

I think it's one of those things of trying to make the best game they can right off the bat, then worry about scripting support afterwards. They're doing a lot to make sure things are moddable by XML right now, and if they keep going with that idea, scripting may not be as necessary (though there are always things you'll proba

Lets put it this way: When a private company gets too big of a market share it may be a bad thing for consumers. When a public company gets too big of a market share it will be a bad thing. This is because share holders own publicly traded companies and they are in it for the money. With a private company there is a small chance the owner(s) may prefer to provide a great service over maximizing profits.
Yeah, should have read dozens. They actually got folded a dozen times. About 30'000 layers of metal were the goal of the folding after all. The funny thing about Katana's and the folding technique used to create them is that the reason for this complicated folding was that steel in ancient Japan was very low quality in general. Compared to European steel of that time, Japanese steel was very brittle (iirc). To prevent their weapons f

I haven't used a boat since Sep '10 (about a week after I bought the game and realized they were useless). It's easier to teleport or just raise land to an island anyway.
Or just harbors, as the campaign uses ships.

It will still have issues, as all the bugs that made it stop playing correctly in earlier versions of Windows seemed to just make it crash there.
