I found to Jade Empire to be surprisingly entertaining, and I liked the atmosphere, the music, the arts, pretty much everything except... it was the first game in awhile that made me want to hook up my controller because it just felt odd with my Wolfking for awhile, unfortunate

Why try something new when your favorite food is always there? Why learn to ride a bike when walking or driving has always been sufficient? The answer is to change and learn. Gaming is a forever growing entity; a company must always learn from both their success, and mistakes, and even go against the grain to try something new. Do you or their fan base know why they made that change? Maybe they didn't have a choice, maybe it was to open doors to something bigger and better, maybe they felt t
What I was wondering is how this modification worked with the standard difficulties? If I selected Normal difficulty, would it have the improved AI with the same starting gold as myself? Do I need to select a certain difficulty in order for the new AI to take effect? No, you dont need to do that. The mod will work with any difficulty. Although I would suggest Hard difficulty, its really up to you, depending on your skil
one of the things about the skirmish ai mod is that the dg's actually buy good items for their build. They also actually do good ability builds as well... and they buy the critical upgrades at the right time (for the most part anyway). If you just want to take the training wheels off a bit, give that a go 1v1. And a final thought - you could go online and host a 2 human v 2 ai game. Not alot of people play comp s

Maybe because i dont need stat juggling, stupid loot lists (especially in Sci-Fi games) or useless skill lists in my RPG's. JMHO of course. PS: Also i find the ME triology story leaps and bounds better then the BG story. Never ended BG2, so i cant comment on that one. I highly doubt you pla

1v1 Nightmare, you be da and face LE, also use the fix mods on here to get the ai to buy the right upgrades, items, and skills. Seriously the AI of this game is the equivalent of a new born baby and that is at nightmare; if you play offline I suggest getting the ai mods on this site.

On a final not it is not graphics that is hurting the games and game play, it is the engines that are being used. Graphics are beautiful, it does not matter if the engine cannot handle something or do what the programmer wishes it to do. On that note its the fact that many games out their are either A. using the exact same game engine, or slightly altered engine was a few older games, or B a even harder method and trying to create their own engine for the game. A beautiful example of A to my
The itemisation in Dragon Age was horrendus. Especially for mages. But 'random' would NOT have fixed the issue - it would have made it worse or better - randomly. Unique items are cool but we need good filler items (the +3 swords from DnD) to appar frequently so you are always upgrading. Farming a boss via reloading to get a good item is just NOT FUN.
The reason they made the game that way

I mean, essentially, they're only making you use a name. Everything else is still yours. Edit: As far as the Origin Stories, let's face it, most of them were more or less gimmicks that didn't affect much of anything. I did a Dwarf Noble story, and when I was doing the Dwarven quests in their city, I got recognized onc

I usually don't do this stuff but I found this hilarious. After joining my game and making a comment about two opponents picking le and ub even though I have a 24% (which most people on this forum already knows why by now). We start the game and he tries to tell me how to play queen of thorns (of all demigods). Then starts to talk crap about this and that because I won't do what he says, and saying I ignore people who try to help me. So what do I do?First I concede know

The guy with 500 games and 30% shows that despite having significant experience, he has still not grasped the concept of the game. I would expect him to be more oblivious to things than the guy who has 50 games 80%. That guy seems to have a firm grasp of the game, and is either a very good gamer from a different game.
