I don't like this setup. It simply require that all three of those dgs have to be together with Oak as Leader to be effective. Good luck finding a good QoT. IMO, this is an item meant to be used in a danger situation, giving you enough time to run/save yourself. Fact is, this item has become something to become extra agressive, leading it to one of the top agressive consumable. Most pros pop sigil, then continue to fight for quite a while before they run. Sigils should be nerfed to a 10 sec duration and 30 sec cooldown. Then, this would be what's it is supposed to be, a last resort item meant

I say a War Rank takes about 3.33333333 minutes. So if you get it by 5, you will have 1.2k by rank 8, unless the other team is doing poorly and let you get all the flags. Basically, if you get it, it's same as you gave your allies ~1k gold by rank 8. Are you willing to lose 1.8k gold so that your allies will have 2.4k gold?

I say: Change UB stun to Lv05 drains, no stun. Lv10, drains, stun 2 sec. Lv15 drains, stun 2 sec and if it survive, slow 20% for 5 sec. Acclimation should just be a faster attack speed when under X% HP. For those frenzy UB.

Reducing casting time of any spell is OP. 1 sec snipe? at 90 range, 1k damage at all time? Its lame. With Staff of Renewal, only the fact that is reduced casting time will be OP. There is also too many effects. Make Snipe Stun or reduce armor or stop regen, but not a combo of some.

This player is a cheater. I experienced first hand his dirty playing. When he is unsure to win, he make a connection problems with all the opposite teams and the weakest ping of that team will drop. It will appear like a simple deconnection for most, but it isn't. The connection page did pop up and it clearly shows (even for a few sec) that he and all of my team had connection problems.
